Micor Company History

Micor Company Inc., a Wisconsin Corporation, was started in 1969 by Bob Greenberg, a graduate Chemist from Lowell Technological Institute and Harvard University.  He previously was in charge of crusher backing for a Milwaukee Mfr of crushers.

Micor’s initial production was epoxy crusher backing and by 1971 had added production of epoxy floor coatings and epoxy machine grouts. Micor manufactured and installed their own line of epoxy coatings with their own crews for 17 years.  These formulations were perfected on sites mainly in Wisconsin and to this day are still unmatched in quality and performance.

In 1989 the installation business was discontinued allowing Micor to concentrate its efforts on supplying products to engineering and installation companies.

Micor currently is a leader in the manufacture of polymer resin systems consisting of a complete line of industrial grouts, industrial and commercial flooring systems, linings and sealants for construction and corrosion protection.
